If you do enough research beforehand on the specific company, you should be able to come up with something like "You have a reputation of being the best" or "I've always been interested in (whatever they do)".... You could also work your way around the question and say something like, "The position is what interests me most..." and go on about why.

I would suggest researching the company just a little bit before you go in. That way when they ask you, you can throw out a bit of knowledge that most people applying don't know about the company!
You know, "I was really impressed with the service projects you spearheaded last year." or "I feel that a company that has been going strong for 35 years would be a great place to work and that I can be an asset for."
That kind of thing.
