Err yes. It's called your friend's house.
Find a friend who has a decent DVD collection. Set a time and day to go over, agree with him/her. Agree on whether to invite other friends - the more the merrier. Turn up at your friend's house at agreed time, maybe with some refreshments. Pop in the DVD and voila! You're watching a film for free without having to download it!
