Try drinking more water. If it doesn't help then your awesome. Maybe u could join one of those companies and fill those glow sticks up with pee and all the little kids in the world will be wavin around ur pee during halloween.....

You are dehydrated, your pee should actually be clear in color. This is very important for your kidneys so make sure you drink a LOT of water.
