2Pac (Tupac Shakur) because he wrote lyrics that were beyond the names of clothing labels and cars ("Brenda's Got A Baby"). His lyrics (most, but not all) were inspiring and uplifting ("Keep Your Head Up", Dear Mama"). I can listen to most of his old music even now and it is not dated.
