in the magazzines there are models with black eyshadow and it gives eyes a dramatic look.which is the best black eyeshadow?and how do i apply it to give it the effect?

EYES!!! are my passion when it comes to making up something on the face. I have huge eyes so I always play them up and have fun with different colors, liners, techniques etc. I love the dramatic look on eyes and have tried it myself, personally any kind of dark black eyeshadow will work, personally I like the Jane brand it is inexpensive and works as well as other brands...I have tried everything from Wet n' Wild to Es-tee Lauder.
Rule of thumb go light and easy at first black dramatic eyeshadow goes along way and better to start off lighter than darker.
I put on a light base either a snow white or a silver shimmery color all over from lash line to brow line and for added drama I rim my lower lid with this lighter color and line my lower lash line with white or silvery colored liner, I then put a lighter Grey or hematite kinda color on my lower lid or even in the crease area. I like to put the darkest color usually on the lower part of my lid for myself because it makes my whole eye color pop more if you will...the darkest being the black color...put on lightly at first like I said it goes along way.
It may also take a few tries at first so experiment with different ways and have fun!!

to give eyes a dramatic look you can use a lot of eye liner it could be colorfull or black witch ever you choose and the eyeshadow you should apply it with a make up brush or with your finger but you should make it like realy dark at first then go up you your eye brow and get liter it is very sexy!!

Charcoal or make it natural and wackyourself till u have 2 black eyes. Walk into a door repeat as necessary.

you shouldn't get totally black if u have light skin, dark navy looks the best, darker towards the lashes, getitng lighter going up to the tip of the eyelid.

FIRST I PUT ON THE BROWN COLOR THEN THE BLACK ON THE OUTER CORNER OF THE EYE LID THEN TAKE A MAKE-UP BRUSH AND BLEND IT WILL HELP WITH THE EFFECT YOU WANT
