go to ovulation-calendar.net. It explains how it "all" works. I am 38, and I still have a hard time keeping track. you can get an ovulation calendar to keep track and then count down the days to ovulation. typically it is 12-14 days, although you can be fertile even earlier... check out the sight and keep track... July 6th through the 12th is your best bet...sperm can live inside of you for up to five days...so having sex 5 days before and up to one day after ovulation (because the egg only stays fertile for one day) is your best bet...good luck!!

July 8th, 9th, 10th or 11th. Perhaps even 12th.

If you only have one choice, go for 10th.
