In general, human beings cannot bear too much of truth of any situation. The creation is comprehensible only as an objective reality. The truth is unlimited. We can know only as much of it as we can handle. Just like the water in an ocean – we can only take as much as we can hold in our cup. There are things in life that otherwise would not make any sense due to sheer enormity and complexity of the creation. And there are many questions that we do not find any answer to. For example, why are we here, and why do we die, and then where do we go? And how big is this world? It seems, as if life was not meant to be answered completely through answers. It seems as if we were never meant to know the truth but believe in it.
The truth is what our little lives form parts of. We cannot know it all. It would be illogical and impossible. We therefore structure our mind and thought objectively – with humanly definable purpose. We think objectively about the world and define things that may be there but the way we do not understand. We say we believe in God. This is the ultimate objective statement by human mind. We believe in the truth and choose to do so this way. Then there are heavens and angles. We believe that heavens are the place for good people in the afterlife. These things are not mere contrivances of collective human imagination these things are very real in the sense that this is the best way for our mind to know the ultimate truth. The truth, that other wise we would not have been able to comprehend, or withstand.
If I go about discovering truth - the truth, then I might find too much to bear. I might become subjective to the power of bare truth - like a moth who touches the naked flame of a candle and turns into ashes. On a more practical level, however, I sometimes do like to be a whistle blower. I like to tell people that they are terrible wrong. They do not know the truth. They need to up from their slumber before they make further mistakes. But then I think if I take away the bliss of ignorance from anyone what do I have instead for him or her. I do not know why but quite often I am not able to deprive people of their ignorance by telling the truth.

Yes - but it can be difficult to identify. Even in a simple shared daily experience, two people can have two "truths" of it. And then there's all the folk for whom their own particular interpretation of a particular religion is the only "truth". So when people tell a "truth" about you, or something, it tells you more about them than anything else. If the information is discomforting it might be worth examining because it could reveal to you something of which you weren't aware. If it's useful, you've profited. But you don't have to accept any "truth" unquestioningly. Look for evidence - and who profits (especially in newspapers, religions, politics, economics, etc!) Most of what people think of as "truths" are simply a measure of current ignorance, or propaganda. Much of what we believe are illusions (trees are not green - it's the colour they reflect to our human eyes). Illusions held with conviction are delusions, and therefor potentially dangerous. But all of that is all we've got, and we must have the courage to make the best of it - by acting selectively and responding to the result, without ramming our own illusions and dogma down other people's throats, and resisting those who do.

I cannot handle the truth since the truth is an illusion.
The truth per se does not exist there is just interpretation.

Not Always!
The truth sometimes strikes me, that I become in a massive shock! Ummmm, I don't think I'd be always up for it to hear the truth. Nope... I admit it! I certainly can't handle the truth sometimes. But I can live with it by time.
At first it's shocking but then I get used on it.

Yes, even though sometimes it is difficult to handle it. Being aware of the truth gives one the opportunity to make decisions which are, in the long run, more likely to benefit yourself and others. Lies distort this process.

Yes, I believe that we all require truth. Without truth we remain in darkness, stumbling around, because we are unable to see the paths before us. Even though the Truth often hurts, it sheds light on any and all situations allowing us to find a better way and new paths to explore.

I wonder how interested you are in the answers you have asked for?
It would be helpful to know the truth. The sort of truth that matters requires honesty in all things.

It depends on the way ur told and what ur being told. If u dont want to hear the truth or u dont like the person whos telling u it can be harder to bear.
