I have had 4 miscarriages and an ectopic pregnancy. I never have had a D&C because everything came out on its own. Your doctor should be able to tell you what you should do. I am sorry for your loss.

Most pregnancy's don't need a D&C if they expell themselves. The OB GYN should let you know though. I had a D&C when I was 13 weeks pregnant because I had a mollar pregnancy that didn't expell itself. I'm really sorry about your news.
