Click on 'tools' in your browser, then 'internet options' then click on 'delete cookies'.
A simpler way is to download a program called Ccleaner which cleans cookies and a lot of other useless files windows leaves behind.

On IE toolbar click Tools, then clcick options. On firt page (General) you'll see Cookies "Clear Now" button. Click it. If you've been visiting naughty LOL porn sites w/pics, you may want to look above that and clcik Delete Temporay Internet Files, amd check offline content. Then, close that box, Click Start on bottom left, Click Settings, then Click Taskbar and Start. Then click advanced, and click remove recently visited pages and documents. This deletes thelist of pictures you've poned that appears when you place your curser on documents on the Start menu.
