I think in any case of which nation they are talking about ...everyone should be afraid of North Korea. Maybe not presently but they are a very powerful country and their military forces are huge. Just thinking about them attacking is scary..Think of Korea as the big bully when you were in school. He may not have picked on you but you definatly didnt want to poke the dog with a stick

Of course we (I assume you mean Americans) should be concerned about North Korea. The actions of its dictatorial leader, Kim Jong-il, are a threat to the rest of the world.
But we need not drastically change our course in order to eliminate the threat. Our government's past policy of ambiguity toward the threat posed by the DPRK (N. Korea) has served us well. We must simply not be hoodwinked or bullied into providing massive amounts of aid to the government of the DPRK. Eventually the tyrannical communist regime of the DPRK will collapse or change, just as have almost all communist governments.
Time is on the side of freedom and liberty.

North Korea is a poor country! Why else would they always need food aid? Don't get me wrong - thie dictator just takes all their money and puts it toward their missile program.

Just don't understand why the US is so concerned about the world having WMDs - weapons that USA, Britain, Russia, Turkey, Germany, France, Pakistan and India have themselves.

i think you should be worrying about your own country, which lately nobody has harmed but your own govt. And ask yourself why nk would be a threat to you and not any other country, waybe us is the ultimate threat. And analyze, why is it every time the us gets involved in another countrys inner policies, it ends up more f ucked up than it was before.

I don't think so. They have a history of bluffing to get some kind of incentives. We do need to worry about them selling nuclear arms to people that we SHOULD be concerned about though, that is why we need to shut down their program. People think we're bullies until they're glowing green.
