I have bad sunburn lines from a halter top bikini. It is most likely going to be reasonably good temperatures.

Okay, I organized my outfit too, lolz. And I can definitely help you with yours!
4th of July is suppose to be a day of American spirit and pride, so why not try some Red, White, and Blue -- with style! Try a long [low so it covers your hips] white tank top with some kind of stars imprinted on it. Then find like a red shrug or something. Then just slip on designer denim jeans. Now that's CUTE and totally appropriate for the holiday. If it's too hot, switch the jeans with a really cute denim skirt and the shrug as red bracelets, earrings, and hairband or something. Be super creative and have a great 4th of July! =]

Get into the spirit of the holiday and wear red, white and blue. But I would find a patriotic t-shirt and a blue mini skirt, but remember while watching the parade watching up your skirt will also be going on.
