Start by not THINKING that you are crazy or worried and calmly accept that you enjoy dancing around your room-why do you perceive that as a negative thing-sounds great to me. Have you thyroid checked and get a complete work-up done. If it's not physical, may be that's the way you were made.I can't diagnose anything, but it sounds like adult ADHD. Get checked out by your doctor..

i think u'r still normal. coz' talking to yourself have a possitive effect. u can understand your self. but u have to try to stop that activity. u are 28, u are not a child anymore, try harder
