Being a Goat owner myself.....
I really wouldn't want to even consider trying to house train our goats for two reasons.
First; they pretty much eat just about EVERYTHING in their reach; and I DO mean EVERYTHING!!!!!
Second: if they aren't pooping all the time they are peeing all over the place and the SMELL is truly stronger than anything a Cat, Dog, Rabbit or Ferret could EVER produce.
Supposedly if you get them as babies there are people out there that swear they can be house trained. Yet I'm not so sure if that is true or not.
I love our goats, granted; they are wonderful girls, however I wouldn't want them in our house as the adults they are now unless they needed special 24 hr care due to some illness. Even then I would put them in our guest bathroom where they would cause the least amount of destruction. I do know many people will bring in goat kids to hand raise/nurse indoors etc; especially if it's winter time or a real bad rainy week. This is to keep the kid from getting ill and dieing.
Anyway I think if you were patient and the goat were a miniature or a pygmy goat it could be possible. Though as I said I'm not sure I would want to keep a goat in the house.

Get it a litter box but be sure and place it away from it's food source, then use praise when the goat goes in the box give him a treat and say good goat, they will react to the praise.

Letting a goat into your home would belike unleashing atornado that would eat everything. They love to climb up on top of things and they will eat anything in reach.
I do not think they can be house trained.
If it was a male the pee on their beards (they like the smell) the rst of the world thinks they stink. BAD.
They are not the best house pet.

Construct a huge meadow in your living room and designate that area for the goat to do its business.
