i know i keep myself clean and he says its clean and its really good but he only wants to do it if i ask him to and i dont feel like he really wants to do it......its like he reluctantly does it

try garnishing it with his favorite foods..........a sexual buffett.....or hide a bud light in your panties......or tell him its like abox of cracker jacks......theres a prize inside everytime !!!!! thatll get him munchin on it.
