If so then why and til what time??? If you don't then why don't you? Personally I love to sleep in especially on Sunday mornings. I love to stay up all night long. I feel I get more accomplished at night.♥

Yes, I love sleeping in the morning especially on Saturday mornings where I don't have to work. If its the weekend, I go to bed late and the next morning I wake up late around noon. I get my coffee and I lay in front of the TV and just relax.

I agree. The day is too boring. I stay up all night, I usually go to sleep at 6:00 am.Then I always wake up exactly at 4:50.....

I don't usually get to bed till about 4 or 5 in the morning so I sleep till nearly noon most days..

I'm a nite owl...I go to bed at 1:00 am or 1:30am.....I'd love to sleep in til 9:00am...but I have an early bird boyfriend...that will NOT let me sleep past 8:00am...that really irritates me...it's been a big source of arguments....then he wonders why I feel tired....he always says..."go to bed earlier"....he doesnt understand...I'm a nite owl...I always have been....I can't sleep early..like 11 or 12....I'd just lay there...excuse me now>>>>>>I have to go howl at the moon...haha

Yes, I'm a night owl too. On vacations and weekends I'm often up until 4 a.m. or so. Which is wild because on weekdays, I'm up at 5:15 a.m. Anyway, I much prefer the night, that's how I'm programmed.

i like to wake late in morning and sleep late at night but sometimes it gives me guilt feeling that it is not good for lealth.
