All kidding aside:
It's going to be hard, there is no such thing as negative distance. Research, Stephen Hawkins, get into quantum physics you may discover how to do it properly.

Watch Quantum Leap, a cool 1990 tv series about time travel. It's about a guy who can travel in time and "leaps" into bodies of people to save their lives from being destroyed. Check it out. http://www.scifi.com/quantum/
