Which stars would you like to have the teacher/instructor impersonate?

That would be great as it would capture the interests of the students and enable them to absorb the material at hand. As far as what voices to use, that would depend on the subject matter and the age demographic of the class. For instance, say you were discussing psychosis and dementia. I would go with Jack Nicholson from The Shining. Human Nature and it's infinite wisdom, go with Tom Hanks in a Forrest Gump voice over. Use your imagination and one may come up with many ways to capture others interests and hold them captive all the while educating them. Possibly even without them realizing it too! Cool question!
