my esperience is that when i eat lots of fried foods then all the following 3 days i have an oily face. It looks awufull so i understand you . Drink lot of water, no sodas, only water. Plus try your best to keep away from fried foods. Dont wipe with your hand get a cootn tissue and wash your face as many times as possible with a non scented nor oily soap. Don't use makeup becuase you will need to wash wash wash. If you can wash with soap 3 or 4 times a day and without an additional 5 times. This really helps me and at night use proactive. It is the best however if it is too expensive then AVON has a clear jell for acne removal that says overnight treatment for acne removal or something like it and believe me even if you don't have acne it leaves your healthy skin oil free after about 1 week of use. Use regularly even when the problem is fixed. When the problem is fixed so you don't have drie skin apply ponds instead of Nivea cream becuase some types have oils and ponds has a lot of nutrients a little bit of oils only.;

I have the SAME problem!! OMG....People say that using soap dryies out the skin....exactly. I use soap for that purpose. THere are lotins and stuff..I would think people with oily skin WOULD want to dry out thier face SOME. And blotting ur face with a tissue? Well I like to wipe my face with my hand but thats totaly not heling....It only pushes the oil back into the pores...Even blotting does. When you want to blot it, just wash it instead. Like that. And try staying away from concelers and foundations for now...Try to assist ur face. It will thank you if you lay back on that make up. Lip, eye, and hair stuff are still good *wink* well yeah...IM me sometime!
Coming from the same problemed girl,
Heather

what exactly was his advice? and was it a dermatologist you asked or a regular dr.? a dermatologist should give you the best advice or a good prescription to clear it up.
oil in your t-zone, or anywhere else, is caused by your pores becoming clogged and producing oil to keep it from becoming too clogged. if you find that your t-zone gets oiler as the day progresses, then it's probably because of the powder you're using. you're continually adding to the oil problem by simply covering it up.
try using an oil-free powder from neutrogena ONCE in the a.m., and maybe one touchup during the day. then use blotting tissue to keep up with it during the day.
if you're saying you already do this, then chalk it up to hormonal changes and join the rest of the world! everybody's got some sort of skin problem from 12-25. and even then, alot of of adults suffer from acne, breakouts, oil, etc.
clearasil exfoliating blackhead controlling facewash, sea breeze astringent for oily skin, oil-free moisturizer for oily skin, and then an oil-free powder like neutrogena.
good luck!

The lesser chemicals used, the better. Substitute face wash or soap to ‘Powdered Chickpea’. Apply a face pack consisting of fuller’s earth and rose water once a week after steaming! This natural face pack absorbs excess oil and you’ll see the results soon.

Washing your face more than twice a day will only open those pore up even more.
If you can, stay away from the makeup for a while. I can irritate it and make it worse.
Trying spending some time outside in the sunshine. In the early morning and late, late afternoons.
Some skin types respond well over time.

had a friend who was born in India raised in the UK. He thinks he's superior to everyone. He attended the best schools and thinks he's white because of his British accent (where he was raised) though he's dark skinned. He forgot his ways. He spoke with an Indian accent but never showed it in front of his friends. He never admitted it but seems to me he was ashamed of being what he was. Needless to say he was not a friend for long.
Mai hindustani nahi hu. But my husband is. I laugh so much when I ask him to say the word "crape" it sounds like the word "crap." Ha ha ha. I love that accent!
If you're from India you shouldn't change the way you speak English. If you can communicate with your Indian accent that's all that matters. If you really want to learn watch tv, movies, etc.
First, English does not roll "Rs". This is indicative of Spanish and Italian.
As to your question, there is only one way to learn what you are asking. This can be learned more quickly with a tutor. However, most people do not even realize how they pronunce words, in any language. And so a "tutor" would have to understand one principle in order to be helpful.
You understand some of this by "Bite the lips for Vs".
Aside from the movement of lips, the tongue plays the most important role. Since all of us, from toddlers, learn this early on, without any thought of how we are moving lips or positioning the tongue, we speak without any "training" in that respect.
The key word is "training".
If you can find a person whose native langauge is English and understands this, that person can help you with the placement of the tongue and movement of lips.
For example, "A" The mouth is open, tongue "floating" and sound almost coming from the throat.
"E" The tongue is placed at the bottom of the mouth and lips parted, like squeezing the sound out.
"I" Open the mouth, with tongue in bottom of mouth and almost dropping the lower jaw.
"O" Form the lips as a circle.
'U" Bring the lips together with tongue in bottom of the mouth.
"C", The tongue is held for a moment behind the lower front teeth.
"D", the tongue is placed in the roof of the mouth.
"F" Drop the lower jaw slightly, bring it up, with tongue in bottom of mouth and let air pass between the lower lip and lower teeth.
I'm not a teacher, I learned most of this by studying foreign language.
NOW, having said all that, you may encounter a minority of Americans that speak this way. And, so, over here, you will think that you have not learned anything in English.
Our language has been corrupted.
Southern Drawl, Texas "Ya'll" for You All
Far West more normal
Mid West more normal
East "Youns" You, meaning plural for all of you.
Just a few. Some parts of New York, I can't understand.
Good Luck!

The dermatologist told me to use Dove for Sensitive Skin twice a day. Wet face, lather the bar of soap in your hand and rub on as gently as you can, then rinse off. Too much rubbing can stimulate oil production. If you want, use a toner after. I apply powder for oily skin on my nose and forehead once a day, sometimes once more on my nose.
