Do models get paid a lot?

Does models get paid as much as actors/singers do? +10 =]

It depends on the job and how famous you are. You really have to work your way up to the bigger and better jobs. You might be appalled with what you start off with but it will help in the end.

I think there are a lot of pit falls to that if your not looking you could end up in a bad position and if you do more things you get paid more I heard and that is not right!! like nude modeling well that is not to bad but letting toching of clients and customers yuk! well you get the picture I am getting at hope if you go in modeling you do not even go that direction yuck!

I'm no expert on the subject, but I'll try it out.

From experiences and reading in magazines and such, it seems that starting models don't get paid much as they work for, like in America's Next Top Model they have to rush to go-sees first before they book the things they'll actually get paid for. Supermodels get a lot of money, but I don't think they get as much money as Hollywood actors or popular singers do.

that depends...if you are a professional and established model with many gigs and contracts, you will earn as much as those famous actors/singers.... but if your are just a lowly model with only 2 to 3 gigs per month, then you will be paid like those "extras" actors or even those unestablished singers...

Depends on the agent, his PR people and all the buzz they can generate for you towards landing a sweet gig. Doesn't really matter how pretty you are, that's the whole joke: you just got to get the right people to put out the right word about you.

That's pretty much the secret out of the bag.
