'the uncaused cause theory'
learned about it in history class way back but it says that earth was formed by a meteor collision or something and not god. Thats fine. The meteors were caused by smaller rocks. Nott god. Thats fine too. And eventualy as you go on there has to be an uncaused cause which is God himself. I forget who talked about this

I have my BA in Geology from SUNY Potsdam in NY. I was taught that the big bang ocurred when hydrogen atoms began swirling around in space so fast that they became dense taking on mass which continued to rotate until an explosion, or bang ocurred. This theory is based on the fact that hydrogen is an element comprised of a single atom.
On the surface this may seem plausible. Then ask yourself, where did the original hydrogen come from?, and where did the space come from?, and what the heck caused it to start spinning around?
When I presented these questions to my professors I was often left with no reasonable answers. You can't really prove the existance of God through science. You can only prove the possibility that SHE exists by showing a lack of other options, the rest is up to faith

Several years ago a rich churchgoer left the Calvary Baptist Church in Orange County a castle in Scotland or England, which has been converted to a religious symposium venue. I have been told there have been several speakers who address the issue from a mathematical perspective, and following the symposiums audio versions (I think cassettes) are available of the lectures/demonstrations. I do not know of the product availability, but the church has been around a long time. Maybe you can e-mail and ask if they have copies of old symposiums.

Science has proved the Bible correct... in many aspects in terms of archaeological evidence that certain places in the Bible have existed. We can discover God within ourselves... but the mathematical and scientific aspect explains thecorrelation between planets and their formation..the theories of the universe.. etc... and "How was it done?" is the question.. Our mathematical knowledge is merely in its infancy... it will be eons... before we can discover God with scientific approach.
