Most people will agree that the war on Iraq was a mistake now. However, atfer 9/11, most people thought waging war was in the best interest for our country, after all Congress (not just George Bush) did approve it. While the war is techniquely over, we still have a responsibility to the Iraqi people; we must insure that their country is safe from a threat of civil war.

About the criticism... After the Holocost, the world said "never again." Saadam was a very bad man and was creating a genecide of his own people. If we were to let him remain in office, years later America would also be criticized for not taking a stand. So whatever we do or don't do, we will be criticized for it. Sometimes you have to do a little bad to do some good.

We are critized, but as for the ignorants, I don't know about that. As for the wars, it really makes me wonder if the Americans didn't go to war, then what would happen? I think there has to be a better way of handling the Iraq situation.

My dad is fighting in the war and I'm proud to say it. I want to help the iraqis become free, but i hate how many people are dying.

It really sucks that hospitals are being built, people get to vote, all kids get to go to school and people can speak their minds without the threat of being killed. Oh wait...no it doesn't.
