Ahahahahaha!! I'm only laughing because this has happened to me, too. Disgusting, isn't it?
Lay on your back .. make sure he is far enough in, and make sure that he does NOT pull out right away. Tell him to wait a dang second. Normally, it'll leak out during the next day, so you'll want to wear a pad or something.
For a while, we had to put a towel down on the bed because it just kept coming right back out. It doesn't anymore, but I don't know exactly what we did to stop it. Sorry :(
Just go back to using a condom. It's cleaner anyways. :)

How do you know? Do you keep a microscope next to your bed?
I suspect what you mean is that the semen drips out. There's a reason for this. It's known as gravity. Given any object, it tends to move downwards; you've probably noticed it with other things, as well.
However, the sperm are tiny. They are the smallest cells of the human body, and almost *all* cells are microscopic. They will be pulled up towards and through the cervix when you are fertile. So they *won't* just drip out.
Semen has a very specific job--keep the sperm alive for about 15 seconds during ejaculation. Once the sperm have reached your body, the semen's job is done. It doesn't *matter* if it drips out.
I would definitely suggest you need to learn more about human biology. Read _Taking Charge of Your Fertility_ by Toni Weschler for a detailed explanation of female fertility (and a bit about male fertility, too).

some sperm will always come back out after having sex,but my advice if you are trying to get pregnant. Stay lying on your back for about 20 minutes after sex. Don't worry there are millions of sperm when a guy ejaculates,it doesn't all come out.

Are you trying to conceive? If so, you may wish to sit for a while with a pillow or two under your bum. However! Don't be fooled - what you are seeing is fluids, yours and his (and more if you are using spermicides and stuff like that). Actually sperm are small enough to only be seen in a microscope, and they swim into the uterus up to the fallopian tubes. By the time you notice this, many are already on their way up there. That is if you are ovulating, but that's another question.

Stand on your head after sex. Or at least prop up your hips with a pillow. A certain amount will always flow back out, but remember that it only takes one to do the trick. Good Luck!

Afterwards, lie back with your legs pulled up against your stomach for awhile. Preferably with your head and upper body lower than the rest.

The sperm should stay in, -when you do indeed marry your current 'boyfriend'.

Lie on your back with your legs up.
No offence, but if you can't figure this out, don't you think that you should think twice about having a baby? LOL
