My cordless optical Logitech USB mouse gets disconnect once in a while. I have to unplug the USB cord and reconnect it to make it work. How to fix this?

your computer should have more than one USB on it, if its not really old.

I have problems before with usb ports going bad. try a different port. If that doesnt work, update your bios, then update drivers for your USB on your motherboard (may require an entire flash of your motherboard.).

Also try updating the software and drivers for your mouse on the manufactors webiste.
