My money would be on Germany. They have been the better of the two teams thus far. The Italian defence has been impressive but Italy were lucky to beat the Socceroos except for a bad call from the ref.
Having said that, France looked dreadful in the group stage and have looked a different team since so the Italians are in with a show. The attack will have to lift its game.

To "the One": You better pray to God that history doesn't repeat itself b/c, historically Italy has beaten Germany, on average, 6 out of 10 times, including a 4-1 whooping 3 months before this world cup.
