how can i get a clearer picture

HEY,thx mackitforyou,i didn't know that the lens turned.It worked,it is now clearier,but still red,but i can see myself alot better.

tell me what type of cam you have I wil look at the specks and tell you if i know My e-mail address is dreamweaver10@verizon.net
I know that if it is the cominicator stx that has a bad problem of starting out all pictures bad but you can go in to the advance settings and lighten the picture/cam up saddy you have to do that everytime you want to use it I found so I switched the the logitech 4000 pro and not a problem what so ever

Could be one of three things:

1: Check your connections for loose ones.

2: Reinstall the webcam software.

3: You might have a graphics driver conflict. Check the box to see if the webcam and it's software is compatable with your current version of Windows, Mac or Linux.

If you still have problems. Call the webcam tech support number (and pray you contact a tech helper who speaks English) or try posing the problem on www.suggestafix.com

try to adjust the picture by turning the lens of the camera then go to setting on the cams web sight and check the light filters and make the adjustment there . goo luck

You need more light. It works best with a very large amount of light.
