Yes, you can put a shortcut to Answers on your desktop. Go to the Answers home page, right-click on the page and select Create Shortcut.

You can have Yahoo toolbar which has yahoo button and you will be able to get to yahoo answers page directly without typing address.

Right now Yahoo answer does not have RSS Feed *.

Instead, why dont you add the Q&A site to your Favorites in IE, or Bookmarks in Fire Fox
