Leave them alone and move on. You can't make someone love you if their love for you is just not there.

You can TRY to ask her out but if she says no, leave her alone. Don't bug her after that.

bask in your love for her. It does not have to be reciprocated to be enjoyed. If you love her, you love her whether she loves you or not. If you need her to love her because you love her, I don't think you are loving her but what she can do for you.
