Try Palmers cocoa butter. I use it on my daughter's scars and it not only faded them but it even toned it...

You may also want to try a mild whitening cream...after you get the desired even tone then you could continue with the cocoa butter.

Palmer's Cocoa Butter seems to be pretty good.

Are you talking about skin on your body or face? I wouldn't suggest using the cream on your face: it's a little too heavy. But it's great for your body. They have a complete line of products. Just go to Wal-Mart and look around.

Palmers Coco Butter is very good stuff,u can find it at walmart or the grocery store.

Palmer's (cocoa butter formula) & you can also try Black Opi for discoloration...Works GREAT!!!

Palmers brand has worked very well for me in the past. Also, I use shea butter (JASONS brand)

i use avon cocoa butter coz palmers is not available in my city...n it worked well for me...

there really isnt one you would have to go to an dermatologist for a really good product to even your skin
