You might want to check with Enterprise. That's who my sister always went through. Just so you know, however, you WILL pay much higher rates. Sucks, I know, but you'll pay higher rates until you're 25.
Edited to add: Other companies will rent to you, but Enterprise tends to have the cheapest rates to begin with. Even with your age penalty, it'll still be cheaper.

I do have faith in case you below 25 renting a automobile, there's a 25 fee added to the fee of the automobile condominium. I final month had to hire a automobile and it in basic terms fee 70 money. it could have been much less if I have been over 25. All agencies ought to hire to a you being 20. reliable luck

Probably not, in Michigan you have to be a little dishonest. You must have a friend use their credit care for this purpose. If you do this, get the insurance in case something does happen. I did that several times. You are liable for the car and if you use a friend's credit card, do not take advantage of that person for caring enough to help you.

Try Budget, they rent to 18 y.o. up. You must have your own insurance policy and full coverage and a credit card.
Enterprise will if you also have the requirements that budget requests.

You MUST have a credit card! If you do, and there is a decent limit on the card, they will rent!! Even if you have loads of cash...no card, no car!

I think, you might have to be 25 to rent. Your parent can rent it and pay more to put you on as a secondary driver.
