First of don't over burden yourself with other peoples problems. Take care of yourself first, at your age unfortunately 80% of your peers are out to use you in any way they can. Find one or two good friends and limit personal info only to them. Don't set yourself up for failure. I also have a 14yr old daughter and we've already had this talk. I tease her and tell her she's not 21, so quit expecting 21yr old privileges. I'll hook you two up thru messenger if you'd like someone to swap text with. Otherwise hang in there and don't bottle your feelings inside find someone to confide in.

You need to let them know that you are having a bit of stress yourself, and talk to them about it. It does not matter if they know the answer, as what is needed is for you to get it out and for them to listen. If you feel as if you can not do that, get some journals and write in them. Put down all the stuff that is causing you stress, and this will allow an outlet in which all the stress can be released. Best wishes!

If you get that stressed out over what are probably trivial issues then you obviously not as mature as you think you are. That's ok though, no one has all the answers(not even teenagers) so stop being so hard on yourself. It would also help to rub one out every once in a while and to get on the treadmill for 30 minutes a day or so.

That's too bad that you're going through that! Often when I am very upset, I have a notebook and I write down exactly what is bothering me. Often once I have it on paper, I feel a million times better. I also pray, go for walks, & exercise. I've heard that volunteering can make you feel better; if you can make time for it, you can try volunteering at the Humane Society or a center for children. Good luck, I hope you find something! :)

Writing in a journal can be a great relief. Also, find someone (maybe a little older than you, or someone that you look up to) that you can take your troubles to and talk to- You don't need to be burdened with all your friends troubles. By the way, if you step back from doing that, they will survive just fine. You are not there to save them, just to be a good friend.
