Last month, a company took four payments out of my account and a double overdraft was added to my account. The company eventually gave my money back.
Last month, my pharmisist insisted that I had not been paying my bills for three months. After I told him that I had the returned checks, he studdered. However, he said that I did not send in last months payment, I have the duplicate but the check was not cashed. There is little doubt that they will cash it and I will have more problems. Instead of paying monthly, I will pay when meds are dilivered.
Now, my personal yahoo e-mail is not coming in. I pay for SBC Yahoo services. What is wrong?
Do they think that I can be mopped all over by them? If my bills did not get paid, I could understand why this is happening. Why is everybody always picking on me?

If you are really in the right, don't just sit there and take it. Fight back.
I recently had to move for the first time in over 20 years and it seemed like every company with the exception of AT&T/SBC tried to suck every cent possible out of me using fraudulent advertising and outright lies. AT&T/SBC told me what the service would cost and believe it or not, that is exactly what it cost.
My cell phone company provided a phone which only lasted half of the contract period and then expected me to buy another phone from the same manufacturer or continue to pay for a service which I could not use due to the faulty equipment provided.
I tried to file my taxes on line and the IRS rejected the tax return but didn't bother to notify me. Then there was no way I could access my own tax return to correct it because they required some information to match exactly which I didn't have and had no way to get it - Catch 22.
The TV providers are absolutely the worst with their $29.95 lie. Dish TV doesn't mention that will only get you 40 stations that nobody wants, or the $50 installation fee due at the time of installation, until installation has begun. Then they suck you into getting the "best deal" for a 120 stations for $29.95. But by the time they add everything up it is closer to $50 and I still don't have the "Free DVR, DVD player" upgrade they all advertise..
When I called to disconnect Comcast they just didn't do it. I have called them 3 times, sent in a note right on the bill stub telling them I would not pay their excessive charges, over $80 when I signed up for $39.95, and to cancel the service. I also notified them by email at 2 different company addresses and I turned in their equipment at the drop off center. Then I got a notice that I was delinquent and a bill for $174. Not one of them had canceled the service
What I do is go to KCRA "Call 3 for Action", the Better Business Bureau, and, if appropriate, the Federal Trade Commission, or the FCC and possibly even the Atty Gen. They are all available on line. All you have to do is type the name in the search field on your home page, find the file a complaint button and fill in the blanks, or at KCRA it is just like sending an email.
As for your "personal email not coming in" - you have to go to AT&T/SBC help. It could be one of several problems and I doubt that any of us here have the tools or enough information to really help you with that. If your email page loads, help is in the upper right hand corner. If it doesn't load, then I would call to get a technician. Calling is usually quicker and easier, especially if you aren't really a computer whiz. If you get a foreigner that you can't understand, just tell them you need to talk to someone who's English you can understand. I got a couple of good ol boys from Texas that way. They can talk you through step by step to find what the problem is.
So, just don't take it personally. They are trying to stick it to me and virtually everyone I know.

Good Heavens...

First don't allow any company access to your bank account - double postings can create havoc w/ other bills you've paid.....So cancel any autopays you have....I will bet that the company that double charged you will tell you that they need 30-60 days after you submit a written request before they'll even attempt to stop the auto-deduction.....close the account if you have to...they will make it very frustrating for you.

Don't pay cell phone, insurance, car, by auto-deduction....
Get a credit card just for these bills and pay it in full each month.

Second, change pharmacies....use a credit card......

Take control of your finances!!!!! Call Yahoo customer service and fix the problem.

This guy owns the Oakland Raiders and were giggling at him. i imagine the shaggy dog tale is on us. in case you position this in perspective the merely right time the Raiders went to the large Bowl became contained in the 2002-2003 season. Do you comprehend that on condition that then in person-friendly words 9 different communities (jointly with the Bucs) were. that's 9 out of 32! They were the merely right AFC West team to flow :) Al Davis truly receives it. His motto is large Bowl or bust. in the adventure that they end 10-6 or 2-14, does it somewhat count number? they did not win the large Bowl and that became the purpose.
