T-Mobile is definitely the best. Top-rated customer service 3 years running from J.D. Powers, also rated best network across several regions. T-Mobile is not currently offering that 1000 minutes/free nights and weekends plan for $39.99, it is currently $49.99. They do have 1500 anytime minutes nationwide for just $39.99 right now. If you are looking for a family plan where you share minutes, you can get 700 for $59.99 or 1000 for $69.99, both with unlimited nights, weekends, and mobile to mobile. A word of advice- stay away from Motorola phones, many many problems with them. Samsung and Nokia are the best. If you can wait a couple of days for the phone, get it from Amazon.com- they have the best rebates, some even ending up where the phone turns out free and you get cash back.
