Yeah, like someone said: play basketball and swim. Drink milk (add calcium), and eat enough meat to get protein. You also may try going to gym and ask the fitness trainers.

WHEN I WAS 13 , I WAS 5' 2"....DIDN'T START GROWING TILL I WAS 19 ON...
YOU HAVE A LOW CENTER OF GRAVITY....GOOD FOR JUDO ,BOXING ,
MARTIAL ARTS ..( THINK OF THE FAMOUS PEOPLE ). FUNNY, I THINK YOU MIGHT BE TOO TALL TO BE A JOCKEY.......I WAS !
I'M ALMOST 5' 7" NOW . DON'T PAY ANY ATTENTION TO IT...IGNORE PEOPLE WHO MAKE SOMETHING OF IT .
JUST KEEP FIT AND EAT RIGHT .

Swim regularly. (frog style or breast stroks) Start now as you are 13 and still growing. Age matters here.

It doesn't help in all cases, but sporting and eating more products with calcium (milk, cheese) usually helps a bit.

well i'm 14 and i'm only 5'2. you don't need to be that tall at that age. you will just stand out. but if you really want to drink lots of milk ,no coffee, and eat your veggies!
