I just want to know if it's ok for us to cry, because that's how I express how I feel

It is only OK for men to cry during severe emotional trauma, such as the death of a close relative or especially good friend. Otherwise, real men keep a stiff upper lip and a tough exterior; that's their job. Real men have emotions, but are not ruled by them. Men who cry all the time at the slightest provocation are very annoying and unreliable.

It really depends on what you cry about and how often. If you're a guy and you're crying all the time without much reason, you might have a problem with depression.

It is ok to cry. If you have a problem you'll feel a lot better after you let it all out of your system.

Don't listen to people telling you it's not alright to cry. You're human, and it's natural to cry. It's not a sign of weakness at all. It shows that you are not so hardened and desensitized, that you can't show emotion.

yes it is totally all right for us to cry, i have been married for 20 years and i still cry. most of the time about my dad or the guys i served with who never came home. i have to stop getting teary eyed myself.

totally, but just don't cry about everything it gets really annoying, but showing emotion through tears is totally fine.
