My period is a week late. I took a test a week ago but it was neg.

It is covered but majority of family planning locations won't test blood- too expensive. You would have to go to a Specialist/OB-Gyn for it.

yes, I have medicaid and have had 3 blood pregnancy tests

It should if the regular testing doesnt work. Although all states are different.
