US allows the fiancee visas and the marriage visas for your spouses.

When the "Big Plan" was drafted it was originally called "The Destruction of Modern Immigration Via Lessened Family Values."

It was later decided that a shorter name would do.

So, yes, destroying marriage is the "big plan".
