Draw a square like spiral on the page, try about 2 binder paper lines between each spiral line. Cut this shape out on the lines. Now on this new piece draw a line down the middle of it starting one inch from the end all the way around the spiral until you get one inch from the other end. Cut this line. You should end up with a big ring.

You simply cut the paper such that you maximize the surface area of the 'strips' that are created. For a template, see here:

The paper is originally one piece, but when cut in this fashion it becomes a large paper ring, which a person can fit though without trouble.

write the name of the student you desire on the piece of paper whose diameter is similar to that of the diameter of the hole in the sheet .then you can fit it quite easily/
