Just imagine a horrifying, perverted clown driving 10 mph down your road in an ancient, broken-down ice cream truck, blaring that distorted music and trying to lure children away with his sweet treats...*nightmares*

yea there anoyying and having that music thats reminds me of carnies who will come out and take over the wolrd.The ice cream trucks are just a cover up

YES. There should be a state or city law that bans Ice Cream truck vendors from leaving that offensive music on when the vehicle is no longer moving! The kids heard it, the adults heard it and gave the kids money, and the kids ran in a frenzy to catch up to the truck. That's when the music needs to stop. The only reason it plays on and on is to make sure everybody, even the kids playing in their houses who are hard of hearing, will have the opportunity to pay a $1 or more for an ice-cream! Parent's, next time you are at the grocery store, buy ice-cream popsicles in bulk, alot cheaper and less annoying for the rest of us. The other day I heard and ice-cream truck who was playing some music that was definitely foreign. It had someone singing in a language other than English. I thought my ears were going to start bleeding!

No but the crack head drivers scare the crap out of me. Last one I saw wasn't even wearing a shirt. A funny thing about ice cream trucks. My kids didn't know for years that you actually got something from the trucks. They would stand in the driveway and wave like it was a parade. the drivers would stop and look at them all confused.

I find it quite attractive. If you notice some clowns taking the ice cream wagon for a spin around your hood, it's either Pennywise and Boffo teaming up, or else Pennywise will have killed Boffo and will be displaying her head on the antenna. I don't know which.

No. I'm kind of a big guy and as soon as I hear the jangle of food man, I bolt out of my house with cold hard cash, looking for something to ease my demanding pallete. I would prefer them to bring back the dinner bell, but I'll settle for bad polka music.

You would think with all the technology we have these days, that the trucks would be blairing more modern-type music or at least real music, instead of the demo-button on the electronic keyboard!
