I'd have to say Elektra...she's a more accomplished Martial Artist than Catwoman.
A fairer fight would be between Elektra and DC's Lady Shiva.

Elektra. She is a superbly skilled assasin and batsheet crazy. Catwoman only fights when she has to, she would rather escape to steal another day.

Cat woman would be able to take more abuse, mainly because of her Gigantic booty. Fatigue will set in and that would be the end of Elektra. Besides in real life she hits people with cars, if that's not hardcore i don't know what is.
