What is your favorite random smell?

I was wondering what are some of people's favorite random smells, for instance I love the smell of gas when I'm filling up the tank in my car and some people like the smell of freshly mowed grass.....what is your favorite random smell?

Fresh cilantro. I worked as a cook in yellowstone national park in '96 and I used to have to make these huge vats of black bean chili and one of the ingredients was fresh cilantro that I had to chop up.
