I don't have one personally - but my girlfriend does and I can tell you that she has not been happy with it at all. She has dropped it twice and it stopped working for about a day after the first time and then just broke in half the second time. She has also had trouble getting it to take photos and send text messages. Her service is with T-Mobile who has also given her some grief.

My Razr was obtained through Verizon. The physical device is cool enough, but the operating system is terrible. The phone freezes requiring you to shut it off and turn it back on (Maybe its Windows and needs to be rebooted), the Alarms don't stay set, you have to navigate through the Missed Calls menu with every missed call to clear the screen, the voice recognition is not as good as prior versions, it is just not a phone I can say I'm happy with. I wished I'd held onto my Motorola V815 which was a much better phone.

Motorola produces some of the worst handsets on the market. They commonly have software flaws which lead to dropped calls, freezing, suddenly powering off, etc. Also known for poor battery life. Save yourself a headache and get a Samsung or Nokia.

I just got a pink Razr yesterday and the things I like about it is the size,(that it is bigger than a usual cell) I like the buttons on the handset, and putting it in your back pocket without inlarging your butt. The things I HATE most about it is that the pic's turn out blurry, and little ringtones. But besides anything else it's retty cool :)
