You need to describe your question better. There are many parasites that can be found on live cattle, just as on every living thing. Do you have cattle and need to treat a parasite? The best source for information on cattle is an extension service. for example Ohio's extension service is http://www.beef.osu.edu or you could try visiting the national cattlemen's association at http://www.beef.org There are many links to other websites on both sites. You may also want to try just talking to a local vet.
If you are worried about parasites on your meat, don't be! Meat is inspected and when thoroughly cooked is very VERY safe to eat.

Eh? What exactly is your question?
First of all cattle is mutliple living cows. Brisket is a cut of beef, from a single slaughtered and butchered cow.
Parasites are never on meat, but can be in them, but you can get parasites from eating raw potatoes or bad water too.
Clarify your question and use a full sentence so we may answer you.
