Jennifer lopez.... mariah only tapped the music industry... J.LO has an empire and is making money .... plus J.lo got the booty and great body... MIMI looks like she has had some work done!

Singer or actress? Mariah Carey is the best singer out there. Jennifer Lopez is certainly the better actress and dancer.

earlier Jennifer joined Idol, she became no longer as prevalent as she is now, yet this is because she became waiting to "promote" her personality to charm to new followers and please present followers. do not count number Mariah out yet. She has magnificent making a music chops, and besides the actual incontrovertible reality that she would act like a Diva, she's also humorous and did an outstanding interest contained in the action picture, invaluable (she became even nominated for a range of of awards amd gained some!). i imagine after we get to work out Mariah on Idol and get to carry close how she is then we may be able to pass a judgement. this is nevertheless to early to assert. so a options as skills is going notwithstanding Mariah has way more desirable than Jlo. Jlo is purely good at dancing and being a company lady and getting her call (sort) accessible, sort of like the Kardashians.

That's a really tough call. Don't care for the music of either but I do like J-Lo as an actress. As for looks, it's pretty much a tie with a very slight preference for Mariah when she was a bit heavier. Saw her on Leno last week (or was it the previous week?). She looked great but had lost a bit of weight and, quite frankly, looked like a porno star. (I like my women thick and if I wanted a porno star, I'd seek out Ava Devine.) With respect to looks, however, Jennifer never changes much, has that world famous booty and made me absolutely melt in that movie with Nick Nolte & Sean Penn back in '97, entitled U Turn!

Maria Carey. I used to like Jennifer Lopez but she had been very alook lately and had been very private. I like Mariah's spill-some-so-that-they-would-be-asking-for-more carrer.

As a singer will have to go with Mariah. She does have a better voice. Though the way she uses it seems to be monotonous. With a little tweaking with newer choices of songs and being conscious of her patterns.
As a sex symbol I have to go with miss bootylicious. Dances to the nines and all. Also look at that exotic look. Yum yum.
