Youthfulness is a state of mind. If you are an adult and don't feel youthful, that is your fault. A young mind and spirit should not be wasted by anyone, no matter how old they may be. Youth is wasted in the minds of those who do not stay healthy, and exercise their mind and spirt.

The correct quote is "Youth is wasted on the young". The theory behind this is, by the time your are middle aged or old you know all the knowlege that you would have appreaciated knowing when you were young.
Example- I wouldn't have married my first or second wife when I was young, knowing what I know today.

I think that it is deffinately not wasted on kids. I think that if more adults took the time to sit and really listen to what kids have to say about curtain things this world would be a much better place. Such inocent minds simple thoughts simple solutions.

of course. it is with the ever growing tech boom less kids are partaking to outside activity and it is encouraged by parents. look at the way home are built with no yard to play in .more emphasis on reality TV and the next high bit video game to play online
