Probably cuts down on purse snatching, i'm thinking.
Especially if the purse is packing a Doberman.....!

dogs should be able to get down and walk not put in purses.

I had a student put a snake in his pocket once...what a scary thing that was when it peeked out and tried to take off in my class.

It's cute, but I always wonder where the poor dog goes to the bathroom. Does he or she get to get out to go or does the poor thing have to go in the bag?
