We are going to traval to Singapore. So please tell if you know some places where we can find extreme high heels 16cm+ with no platform. Please include the address or a a hint on where to find that place. A website would be great. Thanks guys!

I won't even ask how it is possible to walk in 16cm high heels...but I doubt there are shops that sell these off the shelf (for the obvious reason that not many people will buy them).
Your best bet is to have them tailor-made for you. You can try some of the shops in International Plaza (IP) or Chinatown. I had 2 pairs of heels made for me for my wedding from a shop in IP. I don't recall the name, but since it is mainly an office building and there aren't many shops there, you shouldn't have much of a problem finding it. Chinatown will require more legwork, but you may uncover some gems there.
When you hit your hotel, do some reserach on your own too. Ask the concierge (it's his job to find out!) and flip the yellow pages too.
