Is too much thinking and worrying causes headaches as well as migraine. Ive been experiencing migraine for this past few weeks, I want to have a natural remedy for this, I don't take medicines or pain killers as well. Any suggetions. :)

You sound like me! worrying and thinking a lot about different situations and scenarios. They say God would never give us anything that we couldn't handle. What I find that makes me calm and content is a back massage, or someone rubbing the temples of my head to relief the pressure, usually i fall asleep while they are doing that. A nice calgone bath would be delightful as well! A nice cup of tea, with the lights dimmed low and soft music is a pleasurable delight in addition to just sitting in prayer. Lavender and chamomile is a natural body relaxer. Hope this helps. Take Care

1.Visit one of Temple are Favourite Tourist Place.
2.Try to Spend more time with Childrens and Parents.
3.Donate a sum to a Blind or a Disabled Organisation
and share the Happyness with them.
4.Use cell phone only if necessary.
5.Visit one fo the Governament(FREE)Hospital and distribue
Bread and milk to the Patients

ok for the natural remedy ,
donot eat choclate and donot drink coffee, as it may stimulate its progression
in acute attack you have to take the pain-killers

in acute attack just go to some noise less darkened room for sleep

my colleague has migraine..
it pains me to see her face whenever the migraine starts
maybe u shld try traditional chinese medicine, acupunture..

Dont strees yourslef. Get enough sleep and rest.
