It is fine ot have sex with a virgin, how else would anyone ever lose their virgininty.
How young is the virgin in question though?
If they are underage then you may end up in trouble with the law.
If it is nonconsentual then you will definitely be up for some well deserved jail time.

Do you realize what you are asking? If it were illegal to have sex with virgins, there would be no children. Think about it for a while. Maybe call up some of your friends. You might get it by this time next week.
As for the serious part. Okay to answer your question, NO!!! However if one of you is under 18, the other one is going to jail for statutory rape. Well, probably not if it's the girl who's over 18.

U knew the answer to that question already and I think yo know what the legal age limit is so just be careful and use protection. Cause if you need to ask a question like that then maybe u should delay on the sex acts for a while.

As long as you are married to the virgin, it is not a problem. If the virgin is under 18, you will go to jail.

Age of both parties and weather or not it was consensual sex will play a major role in weather or not you end up in jail. If both parties were of legal age (18) and both parties were consenting then there will be no jail time.

Having sex with a virgin isn't illegal.
Having sex with a minor (under 18) is illegal and WILL result in jail time.
You probably shouldn't be having sex if you can't type in anything but chatspeak.
