Any new places to recommend for dining/outing in Singapore ?

I have been to places like Rochester park, Mt Emily.. is there any interesting places that anyone can share with me ? I am fine with any prices & location but i like a place with good food & ambience

I tried The Jewel Box at Altivo and I love the ambience, where I get to see Sunset when dinning.

But Food Quality is (2 out of 5).

Wat sort of outing are you refering? I do know Botanic Garden and Fort Canning Park have a restuarant(for those who are dating)
