Depends upon the circumstances. You can legally go after them if you have good reason. Otherwise you'll have to wait until the kids are older and want to se you.

Yes, there is such a thing is grandparents rights but in Florida I know that grandparents have very little rights. I don't know about Virginia. You can look it up on the internet. It can get complicated though. It also depends on why they do not want you around their children.

Most states have some form of Grandparents rights where you can at least get to see the grandchildren 1 day a month. Its sad its not more, but in Arkansas I know its at least 1 day. My sister and her husband took her daughter-in-law to court and won.
